Always disconnect line voltage before servicing the control transformer.
Mount transformer on a solid, vibration-free surface using all four mounting holes.
Wire primary leads to the 120 VAC supply line; observe polarity if color coded.
Connect secondary leads to the 24 VAC control circuit (thermostat/gas valve); secure with UL-rated connectors.
After wiring, energize and verify 24 VAC output under load with a multimeter.
