Warranty Info

We have the best warranty in the business!  Most all our parts carry a 1-year replacement warranty.  If a part you ordered from us fails within 1 year of the date on your invoice, we will replace it for free as long as you can provide the make, model and serial number of the unit it was removed from, and none of the warranty-voiding situations listed below apply.  

If the part ordered is an assembly (like a blower or inducer assembly as an example), and the assembly contains replaceable parts, the warranty extends to only the part needed to repair the assembly.  No labor is included in our warranty.  

No refunds are given, only a replacement. If a replacement part no longer exists, then you may receive a refund.  You deal directly with us.  We aren't like most other companies who lazily refer you to the manufacturer or give no warranty for an installed part.  

If we want your defective part back, we will pay the shipping to have it returned.  On parts that cost less than $25 we will send you the new part along with a return label.  If the defective part is not returned within 7 days, we will charge your card for the new part.  

For parts that cost more than $25, we will either need the defective part back first, or we can send you a replacement part immediately by charging your card for the new part and credit your card when we receive the defective part back.  

Package well when returning a defective part.  If a part arrives to us damaged by the shipper, we will not honor the warranty.  

Parts can be installed by the homeowner or a technician.  The warranty is the same either way.  Warranty is VOID on improperly installed parts.  Warranty is also VOID if parts are damaged by lightning, voltage spikes, water, dirt and other foreign elements or situations.

IMPORTANT:  Along with the defective part, we will need the make, model and serial number of the unit that the part was removed from.  No warranty can be honored without this information.  

Warranty covers no labor or other costs including but not limited to the removal or installation of any part or product.  You also agree that we are not liable for any harm or damage to you or your units by you accepting our help or buying our parts.
