Returns and Exchanges

Our policy is 30 days returns or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Many of our products have a 1-year exchange warranty for products that fail within the first year. See below.

Order Cancellation Policy

Be sure you want what you order before you place it. All Sales are final and we can't cancel an order once it's shipped. Provided the order has not shipped, all order cancellations are subject to a maximum fee of $20.00. If the order has already been shipped and is cancelled or refused, shipping charges will not be refunded and the order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon arrival back to Custom orders where the product has already been fabricated/manufactured cannot be cancelled. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

Compressor cancellations: Compressor cancellations are subject to a 35% cancellation fee. And are NOT returnable.

Return from Ohio warehouse, Return to Quinn Supply 4265 East Pike Zanesville, OH 43701 put a note in the box with the order number and we will credit your Item back to you.

RETURN FROM ARIZONA - Please mail to: HVAC Part Store 3914 S. Sage Ave Yuma, AZ 85365 put a note in the box with the order number and we will credit your Item back to you. 

No return on special-order items. Special-order items are covered under our 1-year exchange warranty.

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include special-order items, gift cards and downloadable products.

To complete your return or exchange proof of purchase is necessary.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Testing

Standard procedure when a product fails we replace or refund then when the defective part comes back it goes to testing to determine the fail, all products are now tracked by SKU barcode number for manufacture date verses fail return date to determine how long it worked before it failed so then the factory can make changes to make better products for our customers. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

Clearance or special order items
Only regular and sale-priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately clearance and special-order items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at . Send your item to: HVAC PART STORE, 3914 S. Sage Ave., Yuma AZ 85365 Att. Return Dept.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: HVAC PART STORE, 3914 S. Sage Ave., Yuma AZ 85365.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
