                CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Please note that we have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, we run a reputable reliable HVAC Parts business in several states and on eCommerce stores, we strive to be the best at what we do and our number one priority is taking care of our customers!

Most of our customers are contractors we help across the USA and Canada; we get them the HVAC products shipped directly from one of our warehouse locations or from one of our hundreds of vendors.

The customer is always right! We strive to take care of our customers but from time to time we run a discrepancy about a “part description, price, lead time, shipping time and much more) If you encounter a problem with us on an issue we ask that you stay calm and send us an email and explain your problem to our support staff so we can do our best to resolve the issue or help you with technical problems and help.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time do to:

  • Hostile acts, inappropriate language, acts of violence, threatening emails / phone calls, slander.

We work close with the BBB and we report all acts of misbehavior to the appropriate channels

 

BLACKLIST – If you are on our company blacklist because of a dispute with any of our companies or on any of our websites nationwide.

  • Customer Disputes
  • Fraudulent orders - 
    Fraudulent orders are submitted to the FBI / Federal reserve
  • Hostile Acts Are logged into the national business database and submitted to the BBB
  • Vulgar language threatening phone or Email

If you feel you need to be removed from the blacklist please email us and explain why and we will take it before management for a decision.

NOTE: Our blacklist customer list is submitted to BBB and our vendors that are set up on the same system to help all businesses not to also be a victim at their business some institutions using the customer base blacklist have different policies and take different actions, ( Amazon, Walmart, eBay, PayPal and many others) 

We also have the right to refuse service and sales to anyone that is not competent in performing the job safely and correctly, we only sell to qualified HVAC technicians.  To keep you safe! If we feel you are not skilled enough to perform the task, we will deny service!

Most customers we sell to are current or past technicians or have mechanical and electrical ability. And we have 24/7 technical support to help you with parts, wire diagrams, manuals and videos to complete the job safely.

CHARGEBACK- If you need a refund for any reason we ask the you please Email us and coordinate the refund with our support staff, 

If you dispute a charge to your bank / card without responding to us in writing we have the right to accept or deny the chargeback and a $50 fee will be withheld from your transaction. 

We comply with all federal and state regulations.
