Q- Can I buy from the HVAC Part Store LLC? 

A- YES, we are open for business to help everyone

Q- Do you ship Next day or 2nd day Air? 

A- Yes, we ship UPS and offer Next day and 2nd day air shipping service.

Q- Do you ship to Canada or International?

A- NO we only ship in the USA no international shipping at this time.

Q- Do you have a Technical Service Adviser on staff?

A- YES, we offer 24/7 Tech support via email 

Q- How late can I place an order to get it shipped out the same day? 

A- Our cut off time is 11am Arizona time to get our orders packaged and shipped to go out the same day 

Q- Do you offer instructions for the parts you sell? 

Y- Just email us and ask for a step-by-step guide for the part you need help with.

Q- Where do you ship from? 

A- We have two warehouses Ohio and Arizona

Q- Do you have warranty on the parts you sell?

Y- We offer 1 year warranty on most everything we sell. 

Q- Do you sell parts for Commercial equipment? 

Y- Yes, we have over 200 vendors and can get HVAC parts direct shipped from the factories if we don't have it in stock.  

Q- What is your mailing address for the corporate office?

Q- Do you take returns if I don't need the item after I bought it?

Y- Yes, we take returns (30 days) no fee send it back to us unused and in the original package and we will credit you for the part.
