M0081903R Nordyne 208-230v 3/4hp 1050rpm Motor
M0081903R Nordyne 208-230v 3/4hp 1050rpm Motor
Description
The M0081903R is an OEM electronically commutated (ECM) blower motor—Q7 series—designed for Nordyne/Intertherm/Miller furnaces requiring high-efficiency variable-speed airflow. It delivers ¾ HP (0.75 HP) at 1050 RPM on 208–230 VAC single-phase power. Integrated speed-control electronics eliminate the need for external capacitors, and dual “end-cap” connectors allow easy selection of factory-set airflow curves. The motor drops straight into the OEM mounting bracket and accepts a standard ⅝″-to-½″ shaft adapter (not included).

Compatibility
Replaces legacy part M0081903 and fits any Nordyne, Intertherm, or Miller furnace originally equipped with the Q7 ECM blower motor:
| Brand | Typical Models/Series |
|---|---|
| Nordyne | M4ECM, M6ECM, M7ECM series |
| Intertherm | Miller gas/electric furnaces with ECM blower |
| Miller | ECM-equipped downflow/upflow furnaces |
Always verify your furnace data-plate for motor code “Q7” or part number M0081903 before ordering.
Installation & Setup Tips
-
Confirm Rotation & Orientation With the shaft pointing up (typical upflow), the motor spins clockwise. If installed shaft-down, rotation appears reversed—ensure ductwork and wheel orientation match.
-
ECM Controller Compatibility Requires an ECM-capable control board (e.g., Nordyne SYSTX or equivalent). Standard 24 VAC boards without ECM outputs will not operate this motor.
-
Wiring Harness Use the OEM three-wire connector; observe color-coded leads for line, neutral, and speed-control signal.
-
Shaft Adapter If your blower wheel bore is ½″, install a ½″ adapter sleeve over the ⅝″ shaft before mounting the wheel.
-
Vibration Isolation Verify anti-vibration grommets and mounting feet are in good condition to prevent noise and premature bearing wear.
