Technician Notes

• Depress the mounting clips or remove the screws to release the old switch; pull off the spade terminals.

• Snap the new 626343R into the bracket until it clicks, then push the spade connectors fully onto the terminals.

• Restore power and gas, then initiate a heat call. The furnace should run normally until a genuine rollout condition trips the switch.

• To reset after a true overheat event, wait for the switch to cool below its reset threshold, then press the reset button firmly until it latches before retesting.
