The L115 Nordyne limit switch (6260190) is a normally closed switch.

🔧 How it works:

• It remains closed under normal operating temperatures, allowing current to flow.

• When the temperature exceeds the set limit (typically around 115°F), the switch opens to interrupt the circuit—usually to shut down the burner or blower motor and prevent overheating.
