Installation Notes

  • Always disconnect power before servicing

  • Verify shaft rotation matches OEM motor (CCW looking at shaft)

  • Use correct mounting bolts and torque to Nordyne specs

  • Check and clean venting passages before motor installation

  • Seal around motor housing to prevent air leaks

 

Nordyne gas gun motor used in many Miller standing pilot and direction ignition burners in M1 & CMF series including CMF65-PG-DI, CMF80-PG-DI & CMF100-PG-DI. 115V, 3000RPM, .78A. Includes brackets. Shaft size 5/16" x 1". Motor housing is 3.25" diameter x 6" long. 

Motor turns counter-clockwise when viewing it from the back of the motor. The black wires power the motor, the red wires are for the built-in 120V centrifugal switch.

Replaces 621077, 6210770, 622065 & 104385000.
