Technician Notes

  • De-energize and lock out electrical supply before servicing.

  • Verify 240 VAC at motor leads and proper capacitor sizing per OEM.

  • Remove existing motor; clean blower housing and mounting flange of dust and debris.

  • Install new motor, seating shaft fully into blower wheel; tighten mounting screws evenly.

  • Connect wires using proper strain relief; wire colors correspond to speeds as listed above.

  • Install run capacitor (PN 622132) per wiring diagram; ensure secure connections.

  • After reassembly, cycle through all four speeds to confirm smooth operation and absence of vibration.

  • Check for noise, shaft play, or overheating; follow up with insulation resistance test if needed.
