Technician Notes

De-energize power and lock out/tag out both line voltage and 24 VAC control circuits.

Remove the access panel and locate the existing pressure switch on the inducer housing.

Depress the mounting tab to release the old switch; disconnect the vacuum hose and spade lugs.

Snap the new 632432R into the factory bracket, seat the tubing on the 1/4" barb, and reconnect spade terminals.

Restore power and initiate a heat call; confirm the switch closes near –0.70" WC and opens when vacuum falls below that threshold.
