• Inspect mounting holes for burrs or debris; ensure a clean ¾″ aperture before installing grommets.

• Lubricate gromet ID with a light coating of silicone grease for easier installation and long-term resilience.

• Push each grommet fully into the mounting flange until the lip seats flush; verify all three sit evenly.

• Slide motor clamp (e.g., 7670-5391 or 8680-5391) through grommets and torque clamp bolt to manufacturer’s spec (approx. 60 in-lb).

• After installation, run the motor at all speeds to confirm vibration isolation and check for any metal-to-metal contact.

Coleman motor isolator kit includes everything seen in photo. Three rubber gromets fit in a 3/4" hole. Used with motor mounts 7670-5391, 8680-5391 & possibly others.
