The Coleman Mach Soft Start Kit reduces inrush amperage up to 75% and lessens overall power consumption. Can be used in new Coleman-Mach AC units or retrofitted into existing Coleman Mach units.

The Coleman Mach soft start kit is designed to extend the life of your Coleman-Mach air conditioner by reducing start-up amperage up to 75% on your Coleman Mach 45000, 47000 and 48000 series air conditioning units.

At startup, the soft start kit smoothly ramps up to operating amperages which eliminates troublesome voltage spikes that in turn improves the overall performance of the AC unit.

A short-cycle protection feature increases the overall life of an air conditioner by lowering the start-up stress on the compressor. The 'soft start' lowers the demand on your fan motor which lowers the heat of the motor which increases the life expectancy of your AC unit.

The continuous-learning feature allows it to improve overall performance with every use! This feature optimizes a range of electrical parameters to work with varying load conditions and ensures that the motor operates optimally for ambient conditions.

Coleman designed the kit to be easily installed, or retrofitted, and its' unibody enclosure protects the unit from a wide range of weather conditions. The installation of this part will not adversely impact the existing Coleman-Mach warranty, and this part itself has a 2 year limited manufacturer warranty for your peace of mind.
