PF42440 Packard 24V universal transformer 120-208-240V 40VA
A great general purpose universal generic class 2 transformer with 24V coil. This heavy duty 40VA transformer can be used in most all types of hvac units. You most likely will need to drill new mounting holes or easier yet, use self-tapping screws (not included). After mounting, be sure you can safely close all doors and panels. Measure before you order! As you can see in the pictures, the transformer has wire leads with bare ends, which you'd simply connect to existing wires from your unit. Transformer measures 2.25" high. Mounting holes on foot plate are 3-1/8" from center to center. Bracket is 1" wide with total width being 2.25". Used on a lot of older furnaces where the original transformer is obsolete. Replaces G22-336 among many others.
