INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.Turn the furnace power off and gas
2. Remove screws that hold the pilot
assembly mount to the burners.
3. Unscrew pilot tubing nut on gas valve and then lift entire pilot
assembly out. Pull high voltage lead out of the electrode.
4. Unscrew the pilot tubing nut on pilot assembly end and remove.
5. Take the new 3 wire pilot and either mount the old electrode in it
or if you've purchased a new electrode, slide that on and tighten
single screw.
6. Screw pilot tubing nut back on the new pilot and tighten.
7. Put the high voltage lead back on the electrode and remount the
pilot assembly with the 2 screws taken out earlier.
8. Tighten the pilot tubing back on the gas valve and hook up the
wiring harness.
9. Turn on furnace power and gas.
10.Test to make sure pilot is lighting properly.
Turn the furnace power off and gas.
