Buying a new element is the best repair, but you can instead save money by purchasing new coils for your old element.  For repair heating element wire coils, order part # 24560750-25 and 24500750-25.  Both coils are required.  Total kilowatts with the repair coils would be 10.6kw which would be slightly less heat than the original elements but still within specs of the furnace's capabilities.   A 5.4kw repair coil is not available.
